"It is a lovely place to shop. The staff are very kind and helpful. The prices are high, if Tesco would reduce them it will be the ideal place to shop. I shop a lot in Tesco stores, but this one is my favourite"

"Ive been using this store for quite some time and have not ever experienced this before! I bought a box of celebrations chocolates last week. I put it straight in my fridge and today was going to give it to my friend. But as I took it out of my fridge I noticed that the base panel had been pushed in enabling access to the chocolates inside. I weighed the box and found that it weighed only 200g, not 240g as shown on the box. As I live alone, I know this did not happen since I bought it. This now makes me distrust the integrity of this shop. I am very sad!"

"Shopped recently and very aware no employees wearing masks. I would please ask to wear masks (as others have also asked), as I wouldn't be comfortable in the shop again otherwise, despite the benefits! Thanks in advance, this might not be temporary and unfortunately we are in an ongoing crisis."

"None of the staff is wearing masks, or gloves (only the lady at the till), not respecting social distancing even though it’s written on their uniforms. When I asked why I was challenged back as they said “it’s provided, but not mandatory to wear it”. Well I don’t work there but as a food business, I think staff should be mindful of the hygienic standards in their store, especially at this time. When I came a month ago I saw staff wearing the equipment and even cleaning surfaces and respecting distance, so why not today? I’ve seen other stores like Coop where staff is fully adhering to those guidelines, so why not Tesco?"

"Train your staff to be respectful towards customers. Worst customer service ever, Most of the staff are ok but that Asian guy is a joke. He is been working for that store for a long time, I have done a formal complaint about a year ago but clearly no one follow up. Every time I see him working I'm just leaving the store without a purchase just because I don't won't that guy to ruin by mood. Tesco if you think that this customer service is acceptable then clearly you don't deserve my money..."
