"During August to early October 2021 I been coming to Tesco Knaphill every week, and got to say the staff are unprofessional!!. They talk amongst themselves on the shop floor swearing - using the ‘F WORD’ as they chat while customers are doing their shopping. I herd swearing again today from a male member of staff, and enough is enough!. It’s a shame as it’s a convenience store with good availability. However I now be taking my custom els where with more professional customer service."

"Cant express enough that I'm only giving 2/5 stars for the fact I like Tesco's food, NOT for the customer service. I'm a village regular and have been for 12 years, I've been seen by multiple of the colleagues who work here on and after my 18th and 21st birthday and still get asked for ID in a patronising way, baring in mind I'm covered in tattoos and am currently 22 years old. The two people who work there, one lady with ginger hair maybe mid 20's usually in a high pony-tail is rude, lazy, patronising and inconsiderate, constantly assuming because of the heavy load of shopping I often have, she would ask at the beginning of checkout if I want a bag, but no, never. The second lady, dark red hair maybe late 40's, gives me the evils anytime I walk in, makes me feel uneasy to shop in my own local, which overall makes me sad, judged and disrespected."

"Staff show no customer service skills and blank any customers and treat them like they don't exist. Management should send the staff on customer service courses to learn what it is. The staff don't greet customers. Think I'll use Co Op and Sainsbury's until the customer service level is sorted. The clue of the most important people in the store is in the title 'customer service'."
