"Came for 3 hours. It was agreed I wanted a thorough clean. Dusted round things. Downstairs loo not done. She didn't know we had a downstairs loo. Why didn't she just open the door ?? Plumping the cushions, not done. Kitchen sink and drainer, not done, kitchen worktops, not done. Bed unmade, I could go on. To be fair, of course the house is cleaner but not what I'd hoped for a thorough clean. If you want a quick wipe round, fine. Really dissatisfied and disappointed"
