"horrible bouncers, wouldn’t let me go back in to find my friends I had lost even though my hand was stamped and was by myself. Nor would they let me even charge my phone so I could book a taxi. Really need to look into staffing as it is really not okay to leave an 18 year old outside in York with a flat phone/no friends."
