"Used to be good until the recent refurb, which has resulted in reduced product lines, illogical placement of items and intrusive cameras on the self checkouts."
"Disappointed again with the lack of food on the shelves very little green veg no cabbage at all there was about 4 Cauliflower, for the 3rd week no pork and 4 chickens my corner shop had more stock. I had to finish my shopping in Asda and when Aldi opens soon I can see Waitrose losing customers."
"It's good they've added more self checkouts but they've tried to get far too many into a small space. I was constantly knocked around today by the people next to me struggling to get all of their shopping onto the scales. People also expect customer service at Waitrose so it was hardly surprising to see a massive queue for the kiosk which, unfortunately, then blocks the exit for those using self checkouts."

"I love and trust Little Waitrose at Kingshill. West Malling. I have always felt safe there during Covid and I respect them for continuing to request the wearing of masks during this latest, more relaxed, period. They always have whatever I am looking for and the staff are charming. Car parking also available. TOP MARKS."
