"Popped in this shop looking for some fresh local produce, specifically eggs and asparagus. They had one bunch of asparagus that looked about a week past its best so we didn't bother. We bought some extra large hen's eggs and realised when cooking them that they were also well past their best competent breaking up when trying to poach them. An emergency trip to tesco to pick up more eggs was the only solution. I will not be using them again."
