"A dreadful place with the worst standards. The opening hours for the post office are so restrictive ( 1200-1400, 3 days per week) that any working person would never be able to get there. I was forced to wait a week to pick up a parcel. When you enquire why the hours are so limited the staff say Covid. The owner doesn’t care. It shouldn’t be a post office. Avoid at all costs!"

"Very rude gentleman behind the counter wasn't polite and helpful at all. Avoid paying buy card because they put additional cost on top it's for the service what a load of rubbish."

"Being a post office, they refused to take parcels and everytime we have to go either high ongar or Brentwood to post a parcel. Why do they have a post office there in the first place?"

"I had reason to call into this store this morning, not to buy but to attempt a delivery. The dark haired middle aged English woman behind the counter was the rudest shop assistant I have ever met and it beggars belief why the people of Ongar shop in this store. I certainly wouldn’t buy a thing from this outlet after being treated like I was a worthless piece of rubbish. Shame on you Londis."
