"Well stocked store. Has everything you would expect in a large Turkish mini market shop. My only gripe is minimum spend at the store, sometimes you can you just need a loaf of bread. End up going tescos which is a shame as I always like to support small businesses where I can but the card spend makes it difficult."

"This is one of the best places to get Ginger even though sometimes it looks a bit large. It's relatively fresh. I think they've only let me down once or twice so that's why they get 4 stars instead of 5 but they're very good at what they do. Also the olive oil is very good, it's a reasonable price even in comparison to Aldi or Lidl this is why you have to shop around in your local neighbourhoods to get the bargains or you will overspend in just one place."

"I've been a weekly shopper at Ilford Food Centre for over 10 years. Love the variety of products, fresh fruits and veg, best lamb chopps you can find! The staff are friendly and attentive, always treated with a great level of care specially towards my elderly mother from Radhika and the other girls at the tills. Love this place!"

"I love this store because I always find everything very fresh, the prices are fair and sometimes I have even managed to get Mexican ingredients. Although I have another nearby Turkish shop, my husband and I prefer to make our purchases in this store because of the good attitude the staff have & the diversity of products. The quality is very good. The attention of most of the assistants is always kind & with a lot of respect. Especially in the butcher section, the nice and smiling man, very respectful and polite, and in the section to pay, especially a very short lady and a newly hired man, as well as a younger man, the rest of the staff very attentive too . The four of them are really nice with everybody always. And none of the staff is racist, I appreciate that very much and infinitely. Thanks."
