"DO NOT BUY their soft toys are cheap and inferior products and the owners argue about refunds. Upon visiting this store my daughter wanted a Teddy which I got for her. When arriving home we noticed the stitching was coming away on the head. So glad we noticed this before she went to bed as she could of choked or anything. We returned the toy the very next day. We'll within our statutory rights. The owner was so rude refusing to return the money or swap the Teddy. After along argument in which she was talking about me rudley in her own language she offered me a meesly £2 refund for a £7 teddy. After more kicking up a fuss she finally gave me my money"
