"A new manager is going to bring this pharmacy down. The guy have no people skill. He wont listen and to top it all I told him that he had made a mistake on the delivery. He told me to check the doctor over this mistake. They confirmed that a mistake was made. He told me to come to the shop and he would prove I was wrong. However I told him I am bedbound, his reply "thats my my problem. My family won't use shaws fartown again. He had been awkward with the surgery staff and with friends who went their. Remember the customer comes first."
