"Aweful service. The lady working was very rude both times I used the store and on one occasion even giggled with her colleague while whispering something in a foreign language and laughing in our face."
"DO NOT use collect plus at this shop location. Although when purchasing your postage it will state that this is a suitable location, it is not, and the shop keeper will have you wasting your time bringing the parcel back and forth stating that they don't have any space to store it for collection and that the driver who picks them up will not take it if the box is over a certain dimension. Between the shop keeper and the driver they are a farce as you have to enter the dimensions of the parcel to produce a label. That is beyond the customer's control. Perhaps this shop should speak to the courier company to get themselves removed from the service seeing as the shop is clearly not equipped to manage this service."
