"Very bad customer service I ever had experienced."
"Very rude staff, I tried to go in and return a parcel and they were not helpful at all. I wasn't aware that I needed to print the label as I had been told that they would print the label for me. After unhelpful instructions of where to go to print the label I had eventually returned to send my parcel and the instructions were not clear at all. The shop keeper was mumbling and not speaking coherently and when I asked him to repeat himself he rudely responded saying "cant you listen? you have trouble hearing?". I left the store immediately and will not be spoken to that way."

"STAY AWAY - RUDE INDIAN LADY BEHIND COUNTER. I never experience such a rude individual in my entire life like this lady behind the counter. Her behaviour and mannerism is disgusting. Never would I even walk into. This type of shops remain because there are local that will shop regardless of the behaviour."
