"The staff are always cheerful and friendly. Great value, great produce. I can't believe how much the simple things like eggs, milk and bread have gone up in price, but Iceland are always STILL the cheapest! They have some great offers like, 3 items of meat for £9! And the quality is always great!"
"They don't know how to speak with a customer and treat a customer. Another day they said they don't sell gift cards, later on found out actually they sell. Today they declined and refused replacing a worn out iceland bag for life which meant to be replaced or changed without question. Being turned down from the till with embarrassment. Rude and unprofessional. DO NOT SHOP HERE."
"Nice and tidy store. Very convenient but most of the food trolley are in the shop floor and can’t get access to few selves. Otherwise it’s good place for shopping."
"The staff are rude especially a Caucasian middle aged woman whose mother told me she can go before me because her daughter works there? The woman herself would much rather have a chat with her colleague than make any attempt to greet customers unless they are from the pub opposite.I read the other reviews and it seems this is felt by other customers experience. Really not acceptable behaviour."
