"The store is big, tidy, clean, modern, spacious, bright and clear which is good because you want to see where you going when buying something like soft drinks. The staff are friendly, sociable, understanding, supportive, respectful, responsive, attentive, punctual, helpful and caring. The price for four soft drinks was £4.97 which very affordable because I have been there myself when going back home from Buckhurst Way Clinic which was convenient so I would not get thirsty when walking back home. In my opinion this is a great place to come if you walked a long distance and thirsty because they have caring people who would like to know you as a good friend instead of just customer. Go there you will find lot of selections and great staff but if you don’t then you will regret it until you go to that shop."

"There really is something for everyone in here. Packed to the rafters with anything that you might urgently need (and quite a lot of stuff that you probably don't)...it's a great little shop if you're wanting something out of regular shop trading. Long opening hours (6am - 11pm) is extremely useful and has come to my rescue on several occasions. Bank Holidays, Christmas, New Year etc. Staff are usually very polite and helpful."

"I live round the corner from Queens Food & Wine. The shopkeepers are the rudest people you are likely to come across. Also, I have never seen one of them wear a mask this year, but they are not above shouting across the shop at each other or coming into the store with a hacking cough."
