"PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE READ OTHER REVIEWS . This lady very rude has no manner. I was refused to be served for no reason. This lady argues with me aggressively. I called for store manager instead of listening they take their staff side. She then argues with me she is fasting why she would lie. I am fasting, is she now stating I am lying. All I had asked was why was I refused service and you served others and not me and tellings me to line up again but those before me where in the same line you served. I have never been made this treated in any store ever. You are the worst Store they do not know how to deal with confrontation not have any customer service care. VERY RUDE. Incorrect notice of where to line up. There notice of where to line and direction on the ceiling was ill placed. We all lined up to be served. Two ladies inform got served and when it was my turn she stated this the wrong qué I am lying up I can't serve. Only when she stated this others were then going there to line up. I asked why was I asked to qué up again and refused to be served. The customer before in the same line were served why didn't you ask them but you ask me. I asked them... I would apologies sincerely and formally if it showed I was wrong. But instead the staff go look and direct the argument another direction and say they can't see that. The manager on duty both couldn't answer I asked a valid question. NO FORM OF APOLOGIES. What crime did I cause or to be refused and I'll treated by the staff insinuating I am lying and arguing Infront of all customers... ONE of the manager disregarded what I had asked that this not what was said and kept arguing. The other manager was their but heard and saw but is not making any comments and then saying I wasn't there. I asked them to check their CCTV. She then makes no comments why that was. No accountability. Waiting HQ and reported. Their name is Jenny and Taher CTM and the rude sales women Lazio. SECURITY approached me like I was THEIF or a threat. I am in a suit calmly waiting and asked why am I refused service I didn't now by saying this causes security guard to stand by me like i was a criminal."
