"Very disappointing experience! Very rude customer service! I am a student near by, and I spend lots of money in this store, but I never experienced such a rude behaviour like today! I queued up for a long time which is understandable as there is only two tills and lots of customers. When I got to the till I asked the cashier if the deal what I bought is correct. Her answer it was should be. Fair enough, but when I paid I find it a bit to much that I paid and asked her for the receipt. She gave me a look already and I told her that I do not believe the deal went through that’s why I am asking. So she replied me back quite loud the it is not expensive as I did had few bits, but I still wanted to check up. I believe it is my right to check or even to ask for a receipt as a consumer, she does not need to be rude. Then she gave me one which had zero details only the amount paid. I have asked her to give me a detailed one as I would like to see for what did I paid how much. I did not tired to be rude or anything, but I do work in retail as well, and sometime the till can play up and not take in the deals, or make a cheaper deal if you bought two deals without realising… but her answer was just out of order!!! She told me that there is non, they do not have a detailed one even that it is legally required to have one so the customers can see their shopping if they want to, and she told me to go on the shop and look up the prices and add them up myself to convince myself! She told this quit loud, with a very disgusting attitude, and everyone was looking at me in the shop! I replied her that she does not need to be rude just because I’ve asked for something small and normal, but she was keep carrying on, saying that she is not rude, but I started walking because it was a big queue, and she was complaining to the next customer already about me and my requirements which made me feel embarrassed, humiliating and disgust! I work in retail as a leader/ manager, but we would never ever dare to talk with any customer in that manner! That would have a consequences if any of my team would talk like that which could even end up with a dismissal! I fully understand the stress behind her job, and the business that she has to face during rush times, but that is our decision if we can handle that and if we can work under pressure, stress or dealing with complains! If we cannot, then we should consider other alternatives, but not taking it out on customer’s specially if they were not rude they were just unsure if they have paid the correct amount! Very disappointing!"

"Very very poor customer service especially from management “the old lady “ she never smiles. They act as if they own the place and have no respect for customers. If they don’t change attitude I’ll personally confront them."

"Comparing to the other simply fresh I have been to, this one seems like a beta version as it seems to be very poor on products they have not even to mention that just yesterday I was standing in the queue of around 5 people to pay for few items I needed while the lady behind the desk...was simply watching some videos on the phone with her friend I believe, completely ignoring people who were waiting... wow!"
