"Awful local shop only used as a necessity. Understaffed by people who largely communicate in some Asian language. Staff not representative of the local community. They push you towards self service tills as the main counter is permanently empty. Why do I need to be told that the self service counters are available, I shouldn't have to explain myself to a company and staff that aren't doing their job properly"

"I tried to return an item bought from argos, and was collected from another Sainsbury's store. The staff member claimed that it is not possible as the item was not collected from this store. This is in clear contrast to argos website, which clearly states that items can be returned to any sainsbury's collection points, even if they were home- delivered. The staff member did not even entertain the idea that he might be wrong, and refused to return it. I had to drive to another Sainsbury's store (different from where I collected the item) and return it without any issue."
