Bi Market

"We've ordered some things on Tuesday 12th April and requested a delivery on Saturday 16th April. I've checked if this was going to be possible (as it was the Easter weekend) via their online chat before making the order and was told to specify it on my order and it'd be fine. That's what I did but the email I got after my order stated that Saturday deliveries were only possible for orders above £100 (mine was £50) so I wrote to their whatsapp chat this time and told them to cancel the order if it was not possible to deliver them on Saturday. I was told it would be fine and I even asked them to add one more item to the list as I forgot during my order. So we were expecting a delivery on Saturday but we didn't receive any text or email on Saturday morning. So I wrote again on their whatsapp chat and asked when it'd be delivered but got no response. I then emailed to their 'info@' email but again received nothing back. Unfortunately we didn't get the delivery on Saturday or even on Sunday. The staff I ordered was for our visitors on Sunday so we had to find alternative solutions at the very last minute. There was still no replies to emails or whatsapp chats; no apology or explanation on Monday and it's 11am on Tuesday right now but I still haven't got any reply, explanation or apology about why my order wasn't delivered! Needless to say that I won't be using them again."
