"I have had two home deliveries from this store, and both times, the delivery driver was rude on the phone to me. The first delivery was just placed on my front door with no notice. I live on the 6th floor; if I had an disability I would not be able to get my delivery to my flat. I would recommend getting your delivery from some we're else I will be."
"I was the 1st customer in there as soon as the doors opened at 8am. So basically It was empty and I got a fast service from the checkout person I was in & out with in 10mins. There are no self service tills at this iceland store."
