"Amazing friendly staff, however the store is atrocious. Too small for what they're trying to do, aisles either blocked by staff stocking shelves or mums with pushchairs having a natter with their friends. Could get rid of a load of stuff, remove one aisle, widen the remaining and make it MUCH easier for everyone to navigate and make it a much more pleasant experience. Self-checkouts are slow and hinder the process. Much easier to have staff manning the tills instead of ringing the bell every 30 seconds to have someone come from stocking the shelves to help out at self checkout. The staff there though are AMAZING and lovely people who do the best they can, but they are having to work with a rubbish layout of a store. Sainsbury's can do much better for their staff and their customers."

"Used to be pleasant to shop in here but it’s becoming increasingly difficult. The layout is cramped, there are never bags by the self checkouts and very few tills are manned. That combination means queues and a stressful experience if you want to shop are a remotely busy time"
