"This Tesco’s is really rundown with the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. I packed them for my elderly mum to use the toilet, and despite her having a disability We were refused. I was asked by the first lady, if I had a key to their toilets! Then the security guard told me no it’s blocked. One Ghanaian lady by the customer services desk was willing to help, but was told off for leaving the desk unattended, so she apologised, and said she couldn’t help. Disrespectful and so unhelpful"

"Shocking customer service, aggressive and very rude staff, supervisors and managers need urgent training!!! As I walked-in, I witness a very upset customer complaining to the manager due to how rude a member of staff was to him and his family, little I knew I was going to suffer the same faith, I was been nearly assaulted by a member of staff at the self-checkout!! Unnecessary rude and confrontational, rather than inform customers uses bad language and threatening speach. When I was going to pay, had to queue at 2 tills, but got dismissed as those were closing, there were no other tills serving. I had no choice by to make my way to the self-checkout only to find a very shocked lady who just been abused by the guy serving this area, who inmideately ran towards me and pushed the trolley and shouted very loudly NOT trolleys. I was confused as what I supposed to do NOT TILLS and trolleys NOT allowed at self-checkout?? I asked the guy to stop been rude and try to explained that there were not tills, He continued to shout and been patronising. I decided to dump the shopping and went to look for the manager, saddly the experience with the manager was just as bad. Very very poor customer service..."

"Absolutely appalling! Staff member Anthony/Antony was rude. I had ask him 3 times for help only for him to tell me I was rude and therefore have to continue waiting as he served others. I was I being rude? I asked for help and he simply ignored me. He thinks because he is in a Tesco uniform this allows him special powers to insult their customers. Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!"

"It is absolutely shameless and has very poor customer service. Longstanding and waiting to pay for your groceries while cashere scrolling on the phone. Lacking attention to detail, her job and customers ,not self aware how she comes across she managed to charge me for a goods from the previous customer ,i told her its not mine ,she saw me passing yougurt to the customer in front of me still charged me even when i asked her to take it off and then she charged me for the bagels from the lady standing behind me ( those she took off from the receipt ) at the end of transaction she reassured me that she removed the item's after checking my receipt i told her its not been taken off then she said go to customer service they will refund it At that point, i was thinking, ok, mistakes happen After seeing the longest queue for a refund ill thought ill try to convince myself that tesco service is still good . Waited 20 min for a refund £1.55 to find out that she couldn't give me a refund without the product .By then, i was absolutely in disbelief she had to call on her mobile for assistance Lady arrived ( she said she's a manager) tho was no apology or sincere care about inconvenience lack of customer care service causing ,by then they another male colleague( Antony) arrived with the random yougurt ( stock levels)and didnt bothered either no apology communication with me whatsoever i told him i will be complaining and writing to HQ ,he looked didn't bothered, lady( Chris) in customer care counter issued a refund with no apology either. Customers after me had to wait and witness an unprofessional level of service and negligence. We consumers pay your salary, and the way you make us feel is absolutely unacceptable. The store looks dirty and also does not have enough fresh products in the store . You have enough budget to pay security guards half asleep on a job, but you can't invest enough money to staff training? Will be writing to head office also as over the last year store's standards went from acceptable to below 0, level of dissatisfaction certainty does not fit in any scale. Waiting for your response."

"This is a one stop shop you can find every single item you will ever need from printers to nappies just everything under one roof definitely one of my favourite shops to visit the staff are very friendly always someone here to help just when you need them,"
