"A man called Simon went above and beyond in customer service. Apart from that regular saindburys."

"There is currently a discrepancy between prices paid on the counter and the prices on the shelves for some items (e.g. walnut cake and Mediterranean vegetables). This is not really acceptable, since this is the second time this has happened. Overall, I am trusting Sainsbury's less and less, and will start to look for other stores. That said, I need to add the staff were quick and efficient in dealing with refunds."

"Kiosk staff very rude not acknowledging me after I said good morning. Then speaking Spanish to the customer behind who must of been her friend. Couldn't see the whole name badge as she hid it behind her jacket. But started with a B. Very poor standards"

"01.06.21, we were trying to buy tobacco and paper at around 11 pm. The bodyguard started shouting at some men in the shop then suddenly turned to us(two girls) and said we are being rude for absolutely no reason then they kicked us out and didn’t serve. The girl over the counter wasn’t helpful either.Extremely disappointing service for no reason. The manager appeared last minute and backed up the bodyguard without even listening to us. Absolutely shocked. Shop elsewhere if you can."

"I saw the security guard get in a fight with a customer about a stolen bike. I don't know what went on there but it was not professional at all. When the security guard was distracted, people did not wait in line and wear face masks as required so it did not feel safe. I can't blame sainsburys for this, but this branch gets so busy with drunk people that you cannot do your shopping in peace. In the evenings there will be a long line for self checkout as all spaces are taken up by shoppers waiting for an attendant to approve their alcohol purchase. This shop could benefit from lots more staff to speed up the checkout process"
