"I wanted to share the experience I had on Sunday in the Tesco express store around 7pm, I was treated distastefully by the Tesco staff, I went with the National lottery ticket to be checked, I gave it to the gentleman to check, the gentleman holding my National lottery ticket began to straighten it and said to me that he would like to serve the person behind me, who had more than one thing to pay, I was stunned and walked away for a few minutes, I was interested in this way of customer service, it seems to me that it was probably his brother, I asked myself why, how is this lesson."
"Nice Tesco. Would have given it 5 stars if they would open earlier on Sunday morning (currently 11 am) and if they had an ev charger in their parking lot."
"I would avoid this shop. I tried to pick up a parcel and was told to come back after 5pm due to short staffing. I asked to speak to a manager about this and then they told me it was due to a system being down and to come back at 2pm. I asked which one was it as I have been told different stories and the shift leader just shrugged his shoulders. I explained that I couldn’t come back later and was spoken to rudely by the shift leader. I asked how to make a complaint and he just walked off. Really poor service."
