"I’ve been shopping here for years now, usually my go-to shop to buy items from. I used to find the staff quite friendly however recently, I’m not sure if those on the tills really know what they’re doing.. I’ve have some intances where cashiers have acted rude or dismissive or were otherwise busy engaging with their own conversations/phones. Recently I went to buy something and was overcharged for it. Another time I went to exchange an item due to buying the wrong thing and they never gave me the difference of change back. Interactions with them within the last couple of months have made me want to stop buying from this store altogether. Please fix up your attitude"
"Really great corner shop. Some of the veg and fruit here is on par with the fancy bougie grocers in the area, but for a much lower price. They also usually have a great reduced produce basket. Most of all the staff are honest - I was overcharged due to a card machine error and the staff member made sure to reimburse me the extra 60p."
