"Still a good selection of products .the service is becoming very slow and hardly anyone on the shop floor to assist with any queries!"

"Have been to many Sainsbury's shops. This is the most depressing ever! Is it the lighting? Is it the ceiling height? Is it the old trolleys? Is it the lacking of specific items?( Nothing to do with fruit and veg). Somebody needs to assess the shop. It's a pity!"

"Awful service, staff were rude. Shelves not well stocked and some stock on the shelves damaged e.g. spinach in bags with brown water visible, damaged Clementine bags with damaged and soft ones. Only went as was picking something up in Argos, so won't be planning to go again."

"Everytime I go in a supermarket, I make sure to wear my sunflower lanyard so staff know I may need help.. I went to self check out since I only had a few items, none of the self check outs had bags, I try and ask the staff member for a bag and I got completely ignored... I like Sainsbury's, but not this one, this is the second time I've had a staff member not assist me. Every retail worker knows what the sunflower lanyard means.. I recommend you retrain your staff on disability awareness, and some kindness too, judging by these reviews. The online service is definitely better."

"I walked in through the awesome atrium like display of floral magnificence, and paused to admire the splendor of the fruit and veggies that assaulted my eyes. I breathed in the heady scent of bananas until my eyes fell upon the £10 Bailey's. Before I knew it the security staff were escorting me out as I had vomited the contents of the six bottles I had necked. Apparently, so it transpires, they have a limit of 3 bottles when on surgical offer and I had unwittingly breached this. Who knew?"
