"It's difficult to give 4 stars as the staff are always changing. I have come across abrupt rude staff shouting at customers with absolutely no respect. Having said that just recently Staff member Vinoth is by far the politest, helpful friendly staff member I have ever come across at this store. He packs my shopping without hesitation in a calm helpful manner I ve been shopping here since it opened about 13 years ago. Its a shame all staff are not to his standard. Thank you Vinoth for giving such a great customer service."

"I like to shop at Sainsburys local as it brings the supermarket feel in a smaller environment. Although smaller, they always well stocked and staff are very helpful. You can pick up everything in there.. great for a quick shop.. when you just need a few items."
