"They rebranded about 5 minutes ago and I’m already extremely unimpressed. The woman on the till needs to get retrained and get off her high horse - learn how to serve customers!! I asked her a very simple question and received the most sarcastic, rude and unnecessary response which was full of attitude. As soon as I challenged her about it, she apologised straight away…but what’s the point?!"
