"Rude and disrespectful. A staff member by the name of Marco was shooting this morning at one of the customers and asking him to come outside to have a fight with him. Surely this man is a customer and deserves to be respected and treated with degnity. I am not going to shop in this supermarket again after seeing what happens. Honestly shocking."
"Very impressed overall. I particularly like the wide choice of ciders, which Sainsbury in Kingston does not match. One area where Sainsbury does beat TESCO, though, is in their 5 packs of bananas. TESCO still puts them in polythene bags, whereas SAINSBURY just uses a paper band. Dr Paul Harris"
"Extremely disappointed with Suresh, the store manager I ordered travel money and received an email to say I could collect it at the Teddington customer service desk at 3pm. I arrived at 4pm to be told the key to the safe drawer was broken and I could not get the money. Suresh told me to phone Tesco Bank but couldnt find a number. I found one on Google but there was no reply I asked Suresh to phone the travel money desk at Twickenham but he refused. Again I found a number but there was no reply So Tesco have my cash but have no solution to me getting the travel money. Suresh refused to apologise on behalf of Tesco when I asked."
"Does the job for a local store. Staff are a bit hit and miss. I had to ask a staff member not to chuck bananas in a box, when he was clearing the shelves for cleaning. This will damage produce which will not show until after the customer will have bought it. It appears that the good staff members are so because they naturally are, and not through good training or management."
