"Ordered some shopping through this branch via Uber eats, almost half hour later than should or been, half the stuff missing, and wrong items, this happens with Sainsbury’s either via Uber or Deliveroo and not just this branch, it’s always wrong, ALWAYS, more often than not replacements are sent without asking , quite frankly Sainsbury’s should be taken off the service if it can’t get simple orders correct as it looks bad on the people delivering it. DISGUSTING SERVICE"
"No bags on self checkouts. When I got a bag and placed it on the self checkout had to get the assistant of a Sainsbury’s college four times after scanning the item and placing it the bag it kept saying place the item in the bagging area. Drove me mad. Then to top it all when I got my £2.95 change the 95p all came out in 5p. Won’t be using them again"
"A well-stocked local Sainsbury's with very friendly customer service. Jeya, one of the checkout assistants, always has a smile on his face and makes every customer feel as though they have been friends with him for life! Keep up the great work."
"Could be a bit cleaner. Most of the time there are long slow queues with too few staff and when you are stuck at the self checkout it can take ages until someone comes and help. Parking in the street is also a hassle, very busy. Decent stock and staff are pleasant."
