"On the morning of Wednesday 9 March, between 10.20 and 10.30 am, I walked into this outlet to place credit on my oyster card. I topped up £3.30 and gave the shopkeeper (the owner of the establishment) A £10 note. As he proceeded to give me my change, a customer walked into the premises behind me. This distracted the shop owner who immediately averted a suspicious gaze towards the customer, and kept a steely observation on him! (He has a habit of doing this! Lack of trust in customers, I assume!) Due to his insecurity in regards to the buyer behind me, he still kept a close vigil as he returned my change of £5.70. I had been short changed by £1! I protested, but to no avail. He accused me of placing a £1 coin in my wallet! How could he make such an accusation when he wasn't even looking at me? I informed him that I would report this incident, to which he became arrogant and dismissive, refusing to check his CC cameras or remotely admit to his mistake! I would like to make people aware that this is not the first time this has happened. This storekeeper has a tendency of being distracted when more than 1 customer is on the premises. Instead of focusing on the customer in hand, he tends to concentrate on what is happening around the shop. I hope that by writing this email, t customers are made aware of his wrongdoing and his patronising habit (as mentioned above). I am not the first to fall foul of of this store owner's deceitful actions as I have read the negative Google reviews. This unpleasant individual needs to cease trading, if he feels customers are fodder, to be taken for granted and cheated out of hard earned money. Mr. Howard Blaine"

"The rudest people I met in my life. I politely asked for a carrier bag, they told me it was 10p, I tried to pay for it with my card and instead of telling me there is a minimum or explain why I couldn’t, he just shouted at me saying “do you want to pay for the bag with card?” Took the bag away and kept moaning something in his language. Look out for their reply! It actually shows my point. Go to Tesco, avoid them, make everyone a favor! :)"
