"Visited here yesterday with my 3 children my youngest being severely autistic, he was in sensory overload, he was spinning away by the desk and picked up some leaflets and put them to his face, a very rude member of staff gave him the dirtiest looks and grabbed the leaflets and threw them in the bin. Like my son had a disease absolutely shocking behaviour, don’t go hear if you have a child with additional needs, been hear a few times but after this I won’t be returning Thanks for the reply it wont let me reply to your comment, I picked the flyers my self as he dropped a few and can assure you there wasn’t a bit of snot on them what so ever my child has a lot of sensory needs and tends to sniff thing and feel the textures it was the looks that was given to a vulnerable child, as I say I have never had a problem an I have visited a lot, but this just put me off like my child was a disease I stood there she could of said I’ll put these in the bin incase of germs or what but no just huff and dirty looks"
"We held our daughters 7th birthday party at Playtown and the service and experience was faultless. The kids all enjoyed themselves and as parents we did too as we didn’t need to lift a finger. A Playtown party is excellent value for money and we highly recommend it"
"Great place. Staff was extremely friendly. Food was okay. Brilliant place for kids to pump out all the excess energy. Something to point out is, during time where big slide is open staff is making sure that kids are okay and safe."
