"Ordered new bathroom including units. Really irregular with who you get to speak to. They will pass you around from pillar to post to speak to a new person who will not know much about your order. Absolutely shocking with the delivery - received some items first, then had to go and ask why the other items were not delivered yet and pick it up myself. Then more doors were missing for units which had arrived but they hadn't bothered calling to let us know that there were still some doors that had arrived into them later on. Plus the design was wrong with a corner unit that couldn't fit in the area - despite them coming to visit to take the measurements. They claim that we agreed to move the toilet but the conversation always centred around how nothing will move from the way the current layout was (my fitters included) - so toilet, sink, bath, shower will all stay in the same place!! Currently we are waiting for a full refund of the corner unit that we returned. They refuse to refund money so far as they claim they need to sell it on first - because the mistake isn't theirs that the corner unit didn't fit. But hang on, the design was made by them after being measured by them!! Would not recommend them for anything! Useless!"
