"Being going to this store for years and always recieved great service. HOWEVER Today had the worst experience with "Jordan", requested a refund for items returned a week ago with their driver. His manner was soo condescending, literally implying that I was in some way not telling the truth and trying to claim a refund for something I didn't return.. He couldn't be bothered to look properly but was quick to judge and make accusations. No apology received. Clearly customer satisfaction don't stand for much here."
