"I was sold a shower thermostatic valve that had no indication of what water flow pressure it could operate at, as a result the part was useless, the plumber was expensive and couldn’t get the job done. I contacted MV and reported the issue at least 3 times in the past 3 weeks, I spoke to them twice. Last thing that happened was 2 weeks ago when they called me to say that they were investigating the specs of their own product note: AFTER selling it. not before). They must still be investigating because no one called me back since 2 weeks now. Bunch of clueless crooks who don’t care to put technical specifications inside or on the packaging of their own products BEFORE selling it. I wasn’t smart enough NOT to pay enough attention to the fact that the product carried no specification sheet before buying the shower valve. Should have watch more only fools and horses..."
