"I would like to thank the Owners and Charlotte the manager of this excellent jewellers. I have had lots of repairs, alterations and items made by them. But 2day l went into the shop to sell a necklace that l bought from them in November having worn it found it was not suitable for me,so thought I would sell it as scrap(although this would have ment me losing quite a bit of money on it.) However when l explained this to the young man, he called Chatlotte to help me. I was given a full refund.l picked another chain and was given a cheque to cover the rest of the cost of the original necklace. This is amazing business practice and l can see why this jewelry shop is so popular in Diss. Thank you so much for your amazing service. I have and will continue to recommend you to anyone who needs a good honest jewellers."
