"I rang priory and I asked for white stone the lady said there like a creamy stone so I ask if I can have half a tonne bag she asked the manager son and he said 51 pounds I went there there said it more I rang back and the lady said 51 and they just keep mucking bout it really silly you get told on thing then they change their mind they lie all the time 3people said they can and I rang today and there was a rude man that dont know what the issue was I ask for manager he lies where is is rude staff they need training dont shop hear they dont know what they doing bunch off cowboys"
"I recently required 25 bags of ballast and 5 bags of sand for delivery. Looked at all the big multinationals who all wanted £100+ for this lot. I then rang our local independent builders merchants, Priory, for a price and was quoted just over £80, and that was with next day delivery. The service was brilliant, it was dropped off on the driveway on a pallet as requested, and ordering via the phone was an absolute pleasure. Would recommend to anyone who asks me for a great and helpful builders merchants. Support your independent businesses!"
