"Unfortunately I have received a poor service on two occasions. Both times I have struggled to get a response. The first occasion caused me to spend an extra £450 to solve the issue and do a 4 hour round car journey. This occasion I have been waiting for 2 weeks and no response. Such a shame that I am currently do not recommend this retailer. Hopefully this will be resolved without me spending any further time and money."
