"AVOID. BUYER BEWARE!!! No refunds for a good reason. This loser should remove his Tilak, he insults Shree Swaminarayan by wearing it. Shame on you. I required a bath and basin trap for a bathroom being fitted in my home, so I googled the closest hardware store and as Gledhill was within walking distance, I thought it good to help a local tiny business. BIG MISTAKE! The man would not engage and wanted me to get a picture of the bathroom sink fixture. So I went back home spoke to the tradesman fixing the bathroom, took a picture of what was required and even took samples of what needed connecting. First he said it was not a bathroom sink but a basin. I'm sorry, but I don't have a PHD in bathroom fixtures like you I thought. He eventually gave me a fixture. When I tried to check that it fitted the samples i'd brought he got aggressive and said the part was not a toy. This was mainly because he knew that the part was the wrong part and if I checked I'd confirm this. Thankfully the tradesman was able to fit the part with another part. Take my advice save your money and time go anywhere else."
