"Just a normal typical slow Screwfix, shut down the trade area and have 2 blokes slowly serving a queue that goes out the door while you watched 2 others in the background stand about looking at a shelve. Other than that yeah great place to stand for 40 minutes."

"I ordered a ladder online and it arrived out of level, it was completely wonky, so the next day I had to drive all the way to the store to return it. The old guy in store told me “it was just one of those things that’s part of life”. It was very clear that this guy did not care that I’d gone out of my way to return a shoddy product that clearly had not gone through any sort of quality control. I didn’t ask for one but an apology would have gone a long way. I’d highly recommend some customer service training."
