"This is a great store because it has something that can’t be sold: service! I keep coming back to it because S. always takes care of what we need. And if he doesn’t have it, he will find a way to get it! For example, he didn’t have the water softener salt blocks we needed, but he had a friend who just received a shipment. He told me to come back in 3 days and for sure he had them set aside for me. Having the friendly service that comes from this store is what every business should aspire to obtain!"

"I've been going to this store for many years now. It has been the best shop around in eastcote so far. I've never had any problems with my paint mixing. Before the old owners had not much in there apart from paint stuff but I'm really AMAZED how the new owners have made this shop magical for the local customers they sell all types of handy stuff such general household stuff. Very handy shop and the staff are amazing and very friendly team. Very supportive at all times."
