"The staff here are usually okay but one certain member of staff treating my aunt like she was mud off her shoe and when I said that I didn’t appreciate the way she spoke to my aunt she raised her voice at me in front of other customers. This was all over ID for an energy drink. I understand the protocol but when she said I’d get a £5000 fine for being under 16, I said that wouldn't happen because I’m not under 16 and had gone home and brought my ID back to prove it. She was rude and confrontational and if I see her on the till, I won’t go in the shop anymore."
"Some of the staff are incredibly rude, I got told I'm not a "Proper" person and that she wouldn't be serving me after I shown her my ID. Older woman with short grey hair ruins the shop the other staff are nice"
