"As a small charity we were really concerned about the paperwork involved in taking on our first employee. It looked as if would be more work to set up than we would get back. Uppal and Warr sorted it for us. They set up the NIC, pension and tax at the start. Now they run the payroll for us each month and tell us who much to pay to the employee and for tax etc. We then make the payments from our account without the money going through U&W. Should have done it earlier!"
