"Just left Mai Nails. Very disappointed. Made a booking for 12:45pm as wanted to be sure if a spot. Arrived at 12:42pm and could see they were busy but wasn't too worried. Waited 20 minutes before asking if they could see me soon as I'd paid for my parking and didn't want that to run out. Eventually sat me in the chair and ran the hot water only to leave me again. After another 20 minutes I had to leave as I didn't want to have to extend my parking for something that wasn't my fault. Real let down as I'd heard good things. I'm over 8 months pregnant and was so looking forward to a nice treat as not sure when I will get back. They apologised but not really helpful when you've made the effort to drive somewhere, pay for parking and then are made to wait 40 minutes. Also they only take cash which is not made clear and I only happened to notice a small paper stuck on the wall so something to note as they don't tell you that when booking."

"Brilliant nail bar, the staff are super efficient and very talented. Reasonable prices too. My gels last at least three weeks and would probably last longer if i didn't have to do any housework! Highly recommend."

"First time visiting Mai Nails, I was really impressed with the service. Me and a friend had our nails done at the same time so we were sat next to each other and able to chat comfortably. I had classic gel nails done and the level of service from the technicians was superb. They kept checking in to see if I was happy with the colour, nail shape etc. which was reassuring. Walked away with the best manicure I've had a long time and two weeks later, the results are still great! I'll definitely be back."
