"I had the worst pedicure experience today at nail boutique Hornchurch. The lady was nice but did not do her job.I booked a pedicure because my feet felt rough and hard. She did not allow the feet to soak and only buff it once, than applied scrub and that was it. My feet still feels hard and rough. All the hard layers are still there. She was in a rush to finish. I felt cheated for the £30 I paid, I will never come here again."

"The man who did my nails ruined them twice as he really filed my nails down before applying gel... from the top! Told him not to the second time i went back as that would weaken my nails to which he arrogantly replied that he knew what he was doing. He filed them down to the point where my nails stung when i put them under blue UV light. My nails are naturally incredibly strong to the point where i struggle cutting them. Now they very brittle and keep breaking and are very layered."

"I have been trying to find a place for years that I could trust to go to every month to have my nails done. I moved to Hornchurch a year ago and I only go to Jay (the owner) to get my nails done. He is the first person I’ve trusted to do my nails properly. He also believes that if nails are to be done then they are to be done properly, therefore if he feels like it doesn’t look right or he has made a mistake, (which he rarely ever makes) he will correct it before you leave no matter how long it takes. He is very nice and flexible in trying to make sure that everyone gets their time slot they want. Very reliable and hard working man! His staff are also very nice! This is overall a great salon full of hard working employees trying to make an honest living! Brilliant service and brilliant staff!"
