"Pretty poor service from the staff, I went to the self-checkout with some alcohol, the young attendant saw me do this (so he knew he would have to check my ID) and walked off. So I scanned my alcohol thinking he would be right back, I waited about 3 minutes and the only reason he eventually came is because someone else needed their ID confirming. It’s not even the wait that’s the issue, I’m sure he was busy with other things and I understand that other jobs need to be done; but lack of customer service baffles me. No apology or acknowledgment, he just pressed a button and off he went again. It’s a real shame that it appears to be predominantly run by students, some management and training needed when it comes to customer service."

"Poor visit. Shelves were empty and store was disorganised. Floor needed a good brush and all fridge doors left open. I know isolations are tough at the moment so maybe a staffing issue, but some care would go a long way."

"Shame staff seem disinterested. It started so well but the young staff come across lazy and sullen. Seen them on their phones they don't want to serve at till and if you ask for help it's a grunt or total blankness no personality. Shame the staff started so positive when it opened. Get the right staff back please it was always a pleasure to shop now I hate going in!"

"Fantastic staff, Emma the manager clearly leads by example setting the standard, very friendly & most helpful as are all her staff. I'm disabled & often need my basket taking the car as weight is amplified x 10 at least in my arms, this they do for me. Always with a smile where nothing is too much trouble for them. Feel very safe re Covid in there too"
