"Let me just start off by saying I am 9 months pregnant. I had booked a gel pedicure and manicure. My appointment was booked for 1:30pm. I got to the shop at 1:41pm. Her first remark was - “oh you’re 15 mins late” which was incorrect. Then she looked at my fingernails and said “oh you need gel removing too, you should have told me this when booking”. But never was I asked if I needed shellac removing, and may I also add that I have used this nail salon multiple times in the past and this has never been an issue. So I then suggested to the lady - If she didn’t have time to do both then it’s fine just do one. So all because I was 10 mins late, they were only able to do my pedicure which I must say was half hearted. He failed to moisturise after painting my toes. He also scraped my ankle with the foot file leaving it very sore. I literally was in tears when I left the salon. I have used this salon many times before but I can certainly say that this will be my last ever visit. The lady is rude, no customer service. Not polite at all and if someone is late by 11 minutes (to be precise) you cannot treat them this way !"
