"Received my cheque, I must admit that I was worried that it was a scam company after reading the reviews, but after receiving a notification letter from HMRC that a cheque had been realised to tax advisory group, four weeks later it was forwarded on to me minus charges etc, they done what was asked and found money I didn't think or know I was entitled to. The lack of communications let the whole process down, especially with the bad reviews on line, this made me very nervous , once I managed to find the best avenues of communicating, I found out some answers, but before my efforts, I didnt get notified that they had received a cheque from HMRC, I didn't get notified that the company had changed names, and I didn't get told how much the cheque was for or a detailed break down of fees and charges (still waiting on this)....., Overall I'm happy with the service but my advice would be to ppi tax advisory group, communicate with your customers more, the bad reviews don't help and the communication I had with you was very reassuring, the cheque is here just before Christmas as you said it would be, and I couldn't be happier ..... Thank you"

"Used this company. I did receive a cheque but they took more than the 30 per cent commission and won't reply to my emails or to the letter I sent. The letter was signed for by someone in the company on 24/10/22."

"10 Months of excuses why my claim as not been paid. I told them this was a scam, then received a letter stating they are not a scam company. Every time I emailed they would write back saying your claim as been re submitted, or HMRC don't want to pay the refund, or please wait another 8 weeks. I emailed again this week now they are not answering, So I have been online and reported to HMRC Fraud department. Do not use this company, I wish I had read reviews before using them. I also checked the phone number which also shows as a scam number. UPDATE, Took a total of 18 months. I Received a letter from HMRC saying they had sent cheque to PPI Advisory, and after about a week I got my cheque from them. I also got a phone call trying to convince me to let them claim next year's rebate, I said No about 8 times before they stopped asking and ended the call."
