"Not all of them are professional. Couple of times my nail design and shape was a disaster after paying 40£. You might get lucky once in a while depending who does it. I particularly don’t like the men who are rude and so unprofessional."

"Really rude woman who was doing my nails I asked her to fix one because one of my nails wasn’t good and she just started rolling her eyes .. really really really unprofessional. Even my nails doesn’t look good at all need to go to fix them somewhere else. Just waste of money."
"Mixed feelings about h&n depending on who you have. Had a pedicure last week and it chipped within 24 hours at which point I was on holiday. Waste of £22 but they usually last ages."
