From your own personal files etc keep boxed just for your use, to a cushion for my back (without me asking, just noticing I needed one) My nails are the best they have even been, they look amazing!! Gen did my nails, I got a full set acrylics with what I think a quite complicated design but he did them perfectly, no rush and a lot of attention on the details, he was also very polite.
