"Great as always, prices have recently increased but the service is still as good as ever! Often packed in there but they always make you feel welcome. I originally made this post 3 years ago and the reality is the owners attitude has changed considerably. She is rude and unprofessional, so much so the staff have now taken on her horrible nature. I’d been coming here for years but will never ever go back."

"Tamy really is the rudest owner of any public facing establishment I've ever used. On more than one occasion I've had to stand my ground on their loyalty card offer which states £5 off 6th visit - when I handed over my card to receive said discount she advised next time but I told her that isn't what is stated on the Card and she had to give in. This also happened the 2nd time I got to the point the discount was due. The prices change every time you go - even if having the same treatment and today, 'after' having a treatment, they told me the prices had increased from £12 to £17 despite no changes on the price list I picked up at thed oor on the way in!! I'd not been for about 6 months having made the decision to get my nails done elsewhere and only went today as in desperate need of a wax treatment- I won't be returning!!"
